Dear parents of our amazing swimmers,

I would like to congratulate everyone on a great performance at the meet tonight. Despite the chaos, we really seemed to pull it together well for the first meet.  We certainly have some things to work on and a few reminders to do, but I really think overall we did well. Most of our errors were just minor and will be specifically addressed tomorrow at practice.

My plan now is, to meet with you all Tuesday during warm-ups for our team (6 pm). I will have the other coaches take care of getting the kids in the water and warming up. I would really like to step up my position as leader of the team this year. So, please feel free to send me any comments or suggestions that you feel would be valuable to discuss at our meeting. Also, if you have any comments or suggestions that you would like to tell me that do not need to be addressed at the meeting you may email me those as well. This is a responsibility that I am ready for and feel is necessary in order for you to really respect me both as a coach and as a leader.

I hope to see you at the meeting on Tuesday (6/7) at 6 pm. I am really looking forward to the rest of this season!
